The outreach program is designed to cater to individuals with disabilities, including children, adults, and families who, for various reasons, cannot participate in the "Center for Special Education" program. A multi-disciplinary team assesses each child or young adult to create an Individual Education Program with both short-term and long-term goals. Parents and caregivers receive counseling and training sessions to continue the program in the home environment. Regular follow-up sessions are scheduled as needed to review the child's progress.
